Several meetings of experts are organised on specific subjects. So far, the participants in these meetings, working groups and seminars, have studied a wide range of humanitarian issues including the protection of refugees, the implementation and development of humanitarian law, migration problems, disaster relief, the law of armed conflict at sea, terrorism and more recently cheminal and weapons of mass destruction and peacekeeping.
